GENERAL RULES
Glass and any other breakable material may not be taken into the complex.
Animals are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs.
Smoking is forbidden throughout the complex.
Food and drink may not be consumed in the complex, except in the vending machine area.
Other users must be respected and the facilities and sports materials used correctly.
The opening hours and capacity of each area within the complex must be observed.
The management is not responsible for the loss of valuable objects or for damages arising from a breach of the rules.
The management may remove from the complex any person who does not comply with the rules and behaviour guidelines following a warning.
SPECIFIC RULES
SWIMMING POOLS
Users must
- Ensure that children under 14 are accompanied by an adult during general swimming sessions.
- Be accompanied by an adult if they cannot swim or have any disability, heart disease, epilepsy or similar.
- Wear a swimming costume, cap and rubber-soled sandals for pool use only.
- Shower before entering the swimming pool.
- Respect the areas assigned for teaching activities.
- Return all borrowed material to the correct place when it is no longer needed.
It is forbidden to
- Enter the pool area with outdoor clothes and/or footwear.
- Enter the pool if suffering from an infectious or contagious disease.
- Dive head first into the learner pool.
- Run or push other users around the pool area.
- Jump off the starter blocks during the general swimming session.
- Use without permission any material that may be a risk or inconvenience to users.
HYDROMASSAGES
Users must
- Shower and thoroughly dry off before use.
- Wear a swimming costume and cap.
It is forbidden to
- Allow children under 14 to use them unless accompanied by an adult.
- Spend more than 8-10 minutes using the hydromassage.
- Use soap or any kind of cosmetics.
Advice
- Recommended for: rheumatism, colds, tiredness, stress, etc.
- Not recommended for: pregnancy, varicose veins, etc
SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM
Users must
- Shower and thoroughly dry off before use.
- Use a towel to sit or lie on the bench in the sauna.
It is forbidden to
- Allow children under 16 years old to use this service.
- Use them after eating or if suffering from a contagious or infectious disease.
- Enter with jewelry, metal objects or sandals.
- Use creams, shave, remove body hair, do peelings or skin cleanses.
Advice
- Follow these steps:
- Sit or lie down for 5 to 15 minutes.
- Refresh yourself with a shower, starting with your limbs.
- Have a short break before entering for 5 to 10 more minutes.
- Refresh yourself again with a shower, starting with your limbs.
- Drink lots of water after each session.
- Recommended for: Chronic rheumatism, colds and respiratory diseases.
- Not recommended for: high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy, varicose veins, etc.
FITNESS - WEIGHTS ROOM
Users must
- Use suitable footwear exclusively for gym use.
- Use suitable sports clothing.
- Use a towel on the machines.
- Clean sweat off the machines using the paper provided.
- Return material to its storage place when no longer in use.
It is forbidden to
- Allow children under 16 years old to use the room.
- Enter the room in swimming costume, sandals, wet or with a bare chest.
CHANGING ROOMS
Users must
- Store clothes and personal objects in lockers.
- Use rubber-soled sandals for pool use only.
- Leave the changing rooms in good condition for subsequent users.
- Leave the coin-operated locker empty and clean upon finishing the activity.
It is forbidden to
- Use any coins other than 1€ coins in the lockers.
- Enter the bare feet area with outdoor clothes and/or footwear.
- Leave the changing rooms and enter the entrance corridor whilst wet, wearing a swimming costume or sandals.
